    what's the big idea?

We drizzled rich golden honey into mighty whole rolled oats and mixed seeds, then we worked some flapjack protein magic, boosting1 each bar with soy protein crispies. Thanks to the naturally sweet chicory root fibre in this recipe, it has at least 45% less sugar than the average cereal bar* to create the perfect mid-morning pick-me-up.

*we compared this recipe to over 80 similar cereal bars to work this percentage out.

    what are the benefits?

Power your day1 with mighty whole oats, mixed seeds, soy protein crispies and dollops of rich, golden honey – without an artificial colour, flavour or preservative in sight. These protein-powered1 mid-morning moments are also a source of energy-yielding manganese, which supports your normal metabolism. Go, the bees!

    great with...

These protein-powered munchies1 are the perfect mid-morning pick-me-up, giving you an oat-fuelled boost2 until lunch, so they're grand with an 11am cuppa.
