    what's the big idea?

We’ve given oats some oomph by combining mixed berries with the goodness of fibre. Thanks to the naturally sweet chicory root fibre in this recipe, it has at least 35% less sugar than the average cereal bar, for an afternoon treat with the juicy flavours of raspberry and superfood chia seeds - plus a hit of fibre and manganese.

*we looked at sugar per 100g in over 80 similar cereal bars to work this out.

    what is super chia?

Chia seeds are a source of fibre and protein, as well as the fatty acid omega 3. They also contain selenium, an essential mineral which contributes to the normal function of the immune system, and phosphorus which is needed for healthy bones and teeth.

    what are the benefits?

Because all our flapjacks are baked in small batches, the whole rolled oats keep all their natural goodness, making this healthy snack a source of fibre and manganese, a nutrient which supports an energy-yielding metabolism and protects cells from oxidative stress.

what makes it taste so good?

Our flapjacks are made in the Cotswolds by the White family from their own 30-year-old recipe. These oaty delights are hand baked in small batches so the rustic rolled oats aren't damaged, to make a flapjack that provides a source of fibre and tastes genuinely homemade. Our taste experts know what flavours taste great together, so they work with the family bakers, adding their own wholesome ingredients to craft our unique range, like this handy superfood bite.
